I called them ordered from them paid the initial $400.00 fee to them for a 722.9 speed sensor for my mercedes and do you think I ever got the part or a phone call back from them, no way these guts are such a scam !!!!!!

The item I ordered was never shipped. They refuse to give me a refund. They are a total scam

Do not order from this company. They are just a reseller, selling thing from eBay with marked up price. I ordered a Rear drive unit for my vehicle which was priced $300 more then the ones on eBay. It cost me over $900 and when I received it, it was the exact one from eBay. Had it professionally installed and it didn't work at all. Almost put me in the ditch several times when i started malfunctioning as i was driving it home. It then started grinding and vibrating the car. I contacted them immediately they told me they would give me 40% back and i should sell the part on marketplace to recoup the rest of the money that I would be out. THEY TOLD ME TO SELL A DANGEROUSE/FAULTY PRODUCT TO SOMEONE ELSE! When i told them that's not an option they said they'd give me 50% back and i would have to send them the product back which would cost me over $150. I had to charge back the purchase through my credit card who sided with me unanimously. I got my full return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

No will answer the phone or return a call. I returned an order over a month ago and I haven't been reimbursed or updated on what's going on with my refund. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced with any company. I've read several reviews about how horrible the customer service is, now I can testify to the same. My order number is 220437.

Order was cancelled without explanation.
