I use MotoCMS for all of my website builds. The recent e-commerce release was buggy so I originally had a bad review. The team at Moto worked tirelessly to fix the bugs and that follow-through will absolutely lead to more business from me. It was originally take it or leave it but senior staff stepped in/up and actually fixed issues. They showed they value my business and I'll return the professionalism by sending them more business. Kudos to management at Moto. I appreciate you wanting to make the product better as you continue to dominate not only mobile friendly websites but now the e-commerce world. I also wanted to acknowledge Max Rhodes in customer support for taking this on. You are a valuable asset to the Moto team. Nothing is perfect but I can tell you from this experience that Moto cares and will do everything possible to help your business thrive.

Dear Jaeson, My name is Max Rhodes, I am Customer Care Manager with MotoCMS.com You have been working with MotoCMS since February 2013, 4 years of successful business that showed you the level of our support. I am sure you noticed that our response time has never been more than 24 hours (usually it is 1-4 hours only, which is 95% higher than other businesses in IT industry). We always did our best to solve the problems you had. More than 20 requests from you were solved in a timely manner and you were never left alone with the problem you had. I hope that still matters when talking about our support level. As for the contact information, in 21st century we decided that customers should be contacted by a company, that is why we offer a callback feature on our website, where you will be getting a call (during working hours) within just 30 seconds and you will be able to address any problem you have with a live person on another side of the phone. Simpy enter the number and get ready to answer your phone. In any case, you may reach me directly at +1 (914) 233 57 88 ext. 157 or via e-mail - [email protected]
