The Support agent, Ron Coleman made my day! He helped me on every step from the very beginning to the end with my template installation and trial template migration. Without doubt I'll buy next web services with MotoCMS, not only because it is a very intuitive tool to create your own web site but also because they have best support service I ever seen. Thank you Ron, I really appreciate all your help and patience.

I had online help from John Novac. Nothing too much trouble. I'm an novice but his patience was second to none.
