Recruiter was going to cold call me rather than schedule a call. When asked for the link to the job listing on the company website (Kaiser) he was quick to stumble over his words and get choked up like it was his first day on a phone. Then gave me the "if you're tripped up about that then I gotta go." so I took the liberty of hanging up.

this is just another scam techbro company that harvests data, dont waste your time on teenagers. they never call anyways as a 37 yr swe, its ridicoulous when you do finally get through the recruiters voice cracks like hes going through puberty.

They are scammers. They would claim to recruit you but would want you to pay without giving you any job.

Misleading and Concerning Communication Experience I’m very disappointed with my recent experience involving Motion Recruit. I received what appeared to be an official message about a position and a “goodwill payment,” which later directed me to provide personal details through an unverified third-party link. The process lacked transparency and clear intent, leaving me uneasy about how my information was being handled. I expected professionalism and clear communication from a company of this level, but the experience felt misleading and unsafe. — Faiza O. Mukhtar

Company provided a candidate, we've communicated with them about poor performance and agreed to give the candidate two more weeks chance. After which they conveniently told us the warranty expired 6 days ago.
