These guys have gone way above and beyond what I expected to ensure that I was treated fairly and got a good product. I can't say enough good things about Brad, Brian and Motion Media.

I found Motion Media on the list of Vray resellers on the Chaosgroup site. I had a few questions before buying, spoke with Brad @ Motion Media. He got back to me quickly, answered all of my questions & that was enough to give them my business. Got my hardware dongle 2 days after placing the order & got the licenses via an email the next day. So far, so good. I highly recommend Motion Media.

Was very happy with my transaction with Motion Media. I ordered late on a Friday night, assuming the orders would be processed on Monday and I'd hear back some time on Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I was getting a little anxious, so I emailed them and received a reply back right away, letting me know my order had been processed and they were just awaiting a response from the company. Within the hour from contacting them, I had my order and was using my software. Thank you!

In short, I decided in the after hours (after lots of back and forth) to go forward on Smoke 2016 with a reseller rather than from the Autodesk store. My purchase came down to the fact that Motion Media was a gold level reseller, was local, and had an on-line store. Great for late night purchases. I had some questions about my order and was able to speak to a representative the next morning with a simple phone call.

Through the website's Support Chat feature I waited no more than 20 seconds to have both of my issues immediately resolved. Which was perfect because I'm behind a deadline! Motion Media should buy their support agent a cup of coffee for being so awesome!

Items shipped the same day of order and received 2 days later. Needed to change the order soon after placing it and had no with that. Very fast return call with confirmation.
