Hi Roman, Thanks so much for your honest feedback — we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you’re running into these frustrations. We understand how differences between Mac and Windows shortcuts, especially when hotkeys are used without showing the UI paths, can create serious roadblocks, even for experienced users like yourself. That’s not the kind of learning experience we want for our students. To help you move forward more smoothly, we encourage you to reach out to our support team anytime at [email protected]. If you let us know which course you’re currently taking and what exactly isn’t working, we’ll do our best to troubleshoot with you or provide alternative steps. Please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to support you every step of the way.
