My "honest" experience. To preface this for others, my Wife wears very high quality diamonds, so I was worried it wouldn't stack up coming from an online vendor. She and I were both delighted! We spent approx. $4k on it, and she is very happy! Additionally, and more importantly, things weren't perfect, on my end and theirs. But this family owned business went above and beyond! Alot of communication, patience and effort! Bottom line - the business and the product A++++ Buy with confidence!

What an absolute beauty! I am so glad that I purchased from MothersFamilyRings. Real gems, real customer service, and an astoundingly beautiful ring. When the website accidentally overcharged me without my realizing it, I received a phone call within the hour apologizing for the error and promising that the mistake would be corrected. And when the ring came, I was simply blown away. It appraises for twice what I paid for it. And far more importantly, my wife was overjoyed. I worked with Alice (owner) to customize a ring with larger stones. She was able to turn my request around very quickly and ship a new ring out in time for Christmas. It is beautiful and just as I hoped. Would highly recommend and do business with them again.

The mothers ring we ordered was perfect in every way, Its is a very high quality product, none of those skeletal, hollowed out castings you see in cheaper jewelry. The stones were very nice. We have two June bugs - so chose artificial alexandrites - they are very nice stones. It one of the few times where the artificial stones would be a better choice, IMO. They do distinguish themselves from the other guys in terms of the availability to use natural stones, and clearly better quality stones. They also have larger ring sizes available - which was a problems for some of the Internet chop shops we looked at. Would not hesitate to use them again. Plus, from order to delivery was like a week! We could have had a similar piece made locally, as would have been my preference, but the lead time was literally 60 days. I always try to buy local however it was just not possible. But it all worked out very well, thanks to the Moriarty family and their skilled artisans. I will be recommending them, often.

Ring arrived in a timely fashion and also required a signature which I appreciated. But the design of the ring was a little different from what I had expected. The birthstone part of the ring was made separately from the ring itself and then attached which causes a large space between the ring that goes around your finger and the piece that holds the stones making it look rather cheap. For $1200 it should have been assembled in a better fashion.
