I ordered a ring with only one stone and 2days later I wanted to add another stone, with Christmas a week away they still got it to me in time. Beautiful work on the ring, it was perfect, Thank You Very Much

Beautiful ring! Excellent turn around time from start to finish. Easy to customize and use site. My wife loved her ring! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to surprise with a nice gift.

Stones are incredibly small, you can hardly see them. Would not purchase from this company again.
Response from MothersfamilyringsDec 29, 2019
Hi Joy - We do apologize for this. The ring you chose does have 2.75mm stones, which are smaller than most styles. We would say about 75% of our rings now have 3mm to 4mm stones, which are much larger (though more expensive due to the quality of our stones). All depends on the style though. If you would like to return the ring, we would accept it back as we want to have every customer loving their purchase with us. This is why 99% of our reviews are 5 stars. Please email us directly at [email protected]. We are out of the office through Jan 2nd, but can reach out to you after that. Thank you again.

Could not have been a better experience. Truly caring people, with a desire to create personalized works of fine art for their clients. My wife and mother of our 5 children now has something she will treasure for the rest of her life. Thank you so much!

Mother's family ring was very responsive when I thought my package had been lost and when I wanted to exchange the chain I had bought. I would definitely recommend them. I also love the infinity heart that I bought for my daughter. I wanted something special since she is 16 and being able to purchase an affordable, real-Alexandrite was wonderful. It was also nice that they had the imitation stone as an option. The packaging is very nice as well. I'm not sure if my daughter will like the box or the pendant better. Alice was the customer service rep with whom I e-mailed and spoke with. She was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Alice!!

I purchased a three stone ring for my Wife as a Christmas gift. The ring symbolizes her relationship with her Mother and Grandmother. I called in with some questions regarding the gem stone placement within the ring and was treated very personally and professionally. The ring was delivered with in a few days and the quality is outstanding. Thank you very much for making my wifes Christmas so special. Paul Naylor

Beautiful ring and it was super easy to order. I made an error on the order and had a real hard time getting anyone to respond to me. I called customer service and was told they were really busy. She would send the information to shipping to correct the address, but no one would let me know my mistake had been corrected. I worried all the way until the day of delivery. The only person that would reply was the chat guy on the website.

Hi Kraig - We do apologize. We are a family run business with a brick and mortar store. We strive to be available to all our customers in our store and around the world, and something, especially during the holidays it can be hectic. We will be meeting to make sure our team is better prepared next Christmas and will bring up your feedback. Thank you again!

My wife has been asking me for a mothers ring for several years and I’ve been looking around for several years. I’m glad I found your website. It's great to work with someone personally when ordering on-line. Thank you for the quick service and beautiful work, there’s no doubt my wife will be surprised Christmas morning.
