My son was taking Truheight products for 1 year. He grew quite a lot taller during the year, but I am not sure if I can say it's due to Truheight's capsules. I then found Mortaine's products. Read the information, and looked up the ingredients. I tried two bottles. My son has been taking it for 2 months, he is doing well, growing taller, and sleeping well, staying healthy.
