If i can give minus star i would, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I signed up expecting a simple one‑time service, but they enrolled me in a subscription without clearly informing me. There was no proper warning about ongoing charges, and the fees kept coming out of my account without my consent. Trying to cancel the subscription was extremely frustrating. The process was confusing, slow, and felt intentionally difficult. Customer service was unhelpful and did not take responsibility for the issue. Instead of resolving the problem, they kept blamming on me and keep charging me. This has been a stressful and time‑wasting experience, and I want to warn others to be careful. Make sure you fully understand what you’re signing up for, because the lack of transparency and poor support made this feel very misleading. I DO NOT recommend this service based on my

i am very unhappy with this company. i was not given notice before a payment was taken and now it is on my way to me and they will not take it back . i have asked 5 times to delete my subscription and my profile as i can see no way to do this and they just sent me repetitive messages. i am very unhappy and annoyed

Customer service is not there when you have a problem. I never signed up for a subscription but somehow I got a product I never ordered. I am trying to get a refund and it is not yet being handled properly. It is hard to get in touch, they delay, they act confused, they say they will reply and don't. I am feeling like the product may be a scam if the customer service is this lousy. They also seem to spam my inbox constantly with promotions to order more, but don't handle the customers they do have.

I wish I could give them zero!!!! I placed an order with this rubbish company. Then they automatically charged me a second and third time for a subscription I didn't authorized. Plus, the products were not as described.

Says 60 day no quibble refund. Locked me into a subscription for the following month. Absolutely no change to my kids with these pills. Replies are all auto generated looping replies asking for pictures. This company is a scam and I can't believe I have fallen for it. I have now sent 8 emails on the same reply email chain and received this back 4 separate times Hi, Thank you for your message. My son did not grow at all taking this so I tried to cancel via email. Three emails later they sent me some bogus link that does NOT work. And they shipped another bottle anyway!!!! Do NOT start this as they WILL NOT CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION

Customer service is horrible

Is it possible to give half a star or less? After reading these reviews it’s the same issue I am experiencing. I did NOT sign up for a subscription, yet got charged. I tried to return and they they told me I could not. I still haven’t even opened the package it arrived in. They keep ignoring my emails. The pills themselves made my son sick. This type of thing has to stop! Makes me so incredibly angry that people/companies are able to get away with this. Has anyone reported them to the better business bureau?
