In regards to your refund, I did want to clarify that the process usually only takes 5-7 business maximum, and that includes the processing time from your financial institution. I am sorry if that was not communicated to you clearly by our customer service team!

Hi Christopher- I am so sorry to hear that your steering kit did not ship as quickly as anticipated. We try to always offer accurate and close ship dates, and I am sorry this has not been your experience. A variety of supply chain disruptions have made it more difficult to accurately predict lead times lately as well as are causing shipments to leave more slowly than usual. Unfortunately, since you did receive the part you ordered, you would be responsible for the return fees.
