Hi Mike- I am sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience with the shipment of your order. Unfortunately mistakes do happen with shipping, either with labels being scanned before they should be, or with packages being lost in transit. We do try to avoid issues like this at all cost, but like I said, sometimes mistakes do happen with carriers. That being said, I am sorry for any inconvenience this caused you.
