It wasn’t that hard to order, I just wish they were in the states not another country. It looks like Ireland but why was there Chinese all over the package, that didn’t make sense. They are beautiful. I like that I was notified, where the package was.

I was really impressed by the product. The last update that I got that it was leaving Italy and then a couple of days later it arrived. Wow! I’m not sure exactly where it started from. That could have been explained a little more. The return address was from Long Island, New York. There was also no paperwork enclosed. Otherwise it was a great deal.

The bell arrived and I am disappointed in the quality as juthe hanger piece on top was bent. Pictures showed a much “cleaner” product. But it will suffice for now.

Everything, from day one, receiving the defective products, asking for a refund, also asking for their address so I can return the defective, products, ignoring all my replies, and just sending me emails saying sorry for the inconvenience, and here is a copy and paste from there reply to me, We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. May we refund you 7USD as compensation? Thanks for your kind understanding. I paid them $81.58 US dollars for two items, and they want to give me $7 US dollars, and they kept making excuses that if I returned the items the shipping cost would be too much, I told them not to worry because I ship items to my customers worldwide, I kept insisting for there address but they would not give it to me, this company is all a scam, on there home page when reading about the product, it says in black and white if there are any issues with the item, or if you are not satisfied with the product, not to worry, 100% customer satisfaction, return policy, not true, I will also be posting this on the BBB website, Better Business Bureau, make sure you spread the word, because I would not want this to happen to anyone else.
