I just received my stunning custom designed ring in the mail two days ago from Moriart’s Gem Art, in Indiana. I live in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Thank you to everyone that was involved in this process, especially to Alice and Steve. Alice was wonderful to communicate with through email and walked me through the design process. They made it feel effortless and I was 100% confident in their abilities. Once I found my beautiful gemstone, Alice sent me several ring design ideas, based on my preferences. I also sent her some suggestions. She was very patient, knowledgeable and lovely to work with. Thank you Steve for the beautiful job cutting my peridot. I’m fascinated about this process and have watched a few videos of you doing your magic! You have a great eye for picking gemstones. It’s amazing how it comes from 11,000 feet in the Himalayas.The peridot is beautiful and my ring is one of a kind and gorgeous! I treated myself to mark a milestone in my career. It also came with information about the ring. Thank you to Nancy who made sure it arrived in my mailbox safely in Canada. I’ve never been to Indiana, but I want to go someday just to visit you folks and your shop. There's always some trepidation involved in deciding to make a major jewelry purchase on line without ever actually meeting the craftsman who will be designing the jewelry or being able to physically hold the stone selection in your hands. In Moriarty's we found a highly trusted vendor who was able to closely match 3 separate stones with an existing opal pendant we owned. We live in Austin, TX and found Moriarty's web site while searching online for a WELO opal to match the above pendant. In subsequent phone and e-mail conversations we came to the conclusion Moriarty's would do a good job providing opals for a ring and earrings that would match the pendant. The process of selecting and approving stones, settings, schedule and price was all accomplished on line and, after receiving the ring and earrings last week we couldn't be happier. The stone selection, craftsmanship and quality of work was superb. We have NO reservations in giving Moriarty's management and staff our highest recommendations

I have been working with Alice and Christopher on several projects over the past couple of years. I recently inherited a stone that had belonged to a great uncle, an avid gemologist and collector. It just so happened to be my birthstone, aquamarine. I was in a quandary, as I already had a very nice aqua ring, made for me by Moriarty's. I approached Alice with my dilemma and she offered to give me very nice credit towards a new ring, using the new stone. We had some "back and forth" on the design, as Alice found some issues with the stone that required a setting other than what I had desired. Working with Christopher, we came up with a new design and setting that is simply breath-taking. I have several more projects for Moriarty's. I can't say enough wonderful things about their excellent customer service. Thank you Alice and Christopher!

I ordered the large Russian Charoite pendant (8str 1022). The silver around the gem was very well done. The stone was exactly as pictured and is beautiful. I have several other AAA Charoite pieces and am excited about adding this piece to my collection. The pendant was very well packed (double box packed) and cushioned so that the stone would not be damaged in shipment. It arrived in perfect condition.

Happy with my purchase. I was happy with my gemstone and they were able to accommodate my request for a side by side video. Will purchase from this vendor again.
