Didn't get entire order, now ignored.
Ordered several water filters from iceboxfilter.com. Half of the order arrived. I never received the other half. Upon sending email after email, the only response I have received from morefilter.com (must be the same company because they are the contact on my credit card invoice) was that my order number that I gave them was incorrect. as soon as I forwarded them their confirmation email showing my order number was indeed correct, they stopped answering my emails. Never got my entire order and will now have to talk to my credit card company for a chargeback. UPDATE. Yes. They responded on Trustpilot nearly a year later. Still no response to me, personally. I have no intentions of wasting any more time with them.
