ARRIVED SO QUICKLY
I needed my trusted makeup foundation quickly for a trip when my current tube broke, and my usual sources were unexplainably unavailable, so I looked on eBay. Honestly, I was a little skeptical about using this company, because I wondered if it would arrive on time. I was shocked by how fast it came. In two or three days, it was in my mailbox. It was exactly as described, not in a box, but new. I was thrilled.

This is great! I'm glad you got what you needed before the trip. Most of my items are obtained in a box. However, they are imperfect or littered with tags/stickers from previous sellers, and I'm obligated to remove such markings before I can sell myself. Have a wonderful trip : )

A company that cares about customer satisfaction!
We had a problem with our order and I’m happy to say it’s been taken care of. Rarely do I see merchants who care about customer satisfaction or who actually read reviews posted about a customer’s experience and try to rectify any problems. More4less did both in a speedy fashion. My compliments to the company. I would highly recommend More4less and look forward to doing business with them again.

I'm sorry to hear you had an issue with the product. I noted on the product page (https://www.more4lessshop.org/product/alto) that it was an imperfect item, and I sold the others without any problems. The date may have been removed when I removed the previous seller's information, which was disclosed on the product page and my website. Any labeling attached to or under the former stickers could also have been removed during that process. I can't open this particular product to inspect the condition inside, or I would have discarded it if I thought it was defective. I work hard to ensure customers don't have this kind of issue. I'll review your order and get back to you. Although the review isn't in my favor I do appreciate you taking the time to write it. This is unfortunate and why I try and list any imperfections on the product page in bold red lettering in hopes of avoiding such issues.
