So I ordered a tail light and used their discount code. After receiving the order confirmation via email, approximately two minutes later I received an email saying my order was canceled but gave no reason. After numerous attempts via phone and emails, they have yet to contact me back. Obviously they weren’t honoring their discount code and ignoring me like they’re children is their version of customer service. I suggest you all DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers or just so lazy and they don’t care. All of my friends stated that their products are cheap garbage and caused issues with their bikes.

I purchased a V2 light bar a couple of years ago and it stopped working this year. So 3 years old. It came with a lifetime warranty. I sent a chat message to ask how to get it replaced and was told that they have discontinued that light and no longer support it, but recommended buying the harness as a possible solution. A two wire light is not all that hard to wire so I connected it to a battery to test it, and sure enough, the light is dead. Pretty hard to recommend them and their products after this experience.

If there was zero star, they earned it. I ordered a pop up tent from them back in March 2023 and still not receive it. Every time you contact them, they tell you that it has been ship and give it 3-7 day to receive it. As of today 8/14/2023, never receive it.

They just sell and mark up repackaged Chinese lights. Don’t buy from them, and if you do, be prepared to never get a refund or pay a 20% fee. What a bunch of scammers

I ordered from this company, they did not send my order. The tracking order they shipped it out. Once you look into it, it's just an electronic notification to the shipper the package is about to be at their location. It never did get to the shipper. They scammed me $325 in parts. I've sent emails asking where it was at, no response. Sent another email to asked for my money back, and no response. Do not buy off these guys! I don't know how they are legally allowed to rob people and still be in business!!

Rear tail light had one side go out, they said sent it back and I never hear from them again. They took my money and stopped responding to my email and phone calls. Do not buy from them!

The left half of my taillight went out after 9 months. After several days of emails, I finally get a return authorization. These clowns say they will either fix it or send me a new one. How do you fix a sealed light ? And what legit company would waste their time doing so ? The address I received is a P.O. Box , where my light continues to sit waiting for them to pick it up ! It’s been there over a week. Do not buy their junk, they don’t stand by the warranty and take their sweet time while customers wait.

Tried contacting them on returning a part as the quality was something from China. Their response, after me contacting them 5 times, was its great quality and better than stock. Not even close to stock quality and the fitment was poor. They have a 7 day return policy which is terrible in itself just long enough to push you off until they dont have to return it. Youd have to pay the shipping to send it back to them regardless too. What a joke customer service is, guy was rude and taunting. BUYERS BEWARE!
