Ordered a product in November '23, now almost end of February. Received nothing except e-mail asking me to 'be patient'. Have sent follow up e-mails, still nothing. Do NOT use this web-site, its a scam.

Ordered 2 tote bags in December. It is the 18th of February and the still have not arrived. Every time I contact the company they tell me to be patient and refuse to give me a refund. Do not order from this company, they will take your money and give you the runaround. The so called customer service is an absolute joke.

Bought a tote bag on 12/25 and still have no received it. After multiple emails, I have heard nothing from the company

Waited nearly 2months for my order, bought a set of shoe rack and it came with 5 pieces of it, and some broken. Absolutely rip off. Don't buy from these guys.

thats a SCAM!!! I just bought 3 items from that company , I received only one and also that one is incomplete , the costumer care respond they are sorry and they are looking to improve their service but they dont offer a refund nor to send the missing items.

I bought a product in early December, and as off February 6th I haven´t received it yet

I ordered a tote bag since Dec 31, it’s Jan 20th, no real reason as to why it’s taking this long to arrive.

I canceled one minute after the order. And they told me it´s too late to cancel. Better be careful.
