I ordered a product that showed as 'in stock' on the site (I wouldn't have been able to order it if it didn't say it was in stock). I sent the e-transfer and it was accepted. I received an email a couple of days later saying that what I ordered was not in stock. They offered store credit, and I instead requested a refund as I had no interest in any of their other inventory. They ghosted me. No refund, no store credit. Money is completely gone. I even reached out to customer service in the chat box on their website and received no response. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS ANY OF YOUR MONEY. There are much better alternatives.

Super easy to order, but FOLLOW what they say re how the money is sent, right down to the capital and punctuation wjen paying. Excellent communication, and efficient staff.
