Prepaid for a facial appointment, but was asked to reschedule. However I never got their confirmation after I confirmed the date. No one answered my phone call or follow up ever since then. Later I asked to get refund when they finally texted me about a reschedule. Then they disappeared again ever since then. I have to call my credit card company for a dispute and get the refund for me!

I visited the spa on 06/20 for a couple's scalp massage and was overcharged $100. As soon as I realized, I notified the spa via text and after following up several times, they finally responded saying they would process the refund for the excess and never did. I had to file a dispute with Amex but it is unfortunate that a business would ruin their reputation and lose customers over $100. This was my third time at the spa and the quality of the service has also decreased since my first visit last year.
