Had a mix-up with a discount code at the start which was extremely frustrating, but the company was quick to communicate and I'm so glad I persevered... The book is AMAZING! Great quality, very well laid out, good sized font, and our photos looked fantastic in print. I found the website very easy to use and all the steps were explained along the way. Also kept up-to-date with print and delivery status. It's not my daughter's birthday for another few weeks but don't know if I can wait that long to give her the book! Really happy with it, thanks Monvie.

Love the book, very good quality! I found it confusing when making the book, I added 4 family members for mummy, daddy, cat and dog but then as I went on pets are already included but I couldn’t go back and change to only 2 family members! I also think you should be able to go back and change the book after the preview! Other than that it’s amazing, amazing customer service too!
