MonvelliaReviews of monvellia.com

I purchased a Rug from them and they hit my paypal account 4 times!!! I can't find a way to actually talk to someone about this. I'm currently under paypals mercy to see if I can get my money back... BTW, the Rug is absolutely horrible... cheap! thin! complete embarrassment for me to give this as an intended gift

They have stolen a lot of my artwork to use on merchandise.

Questionable company with poor quality, long delivery times and terrible customer service. Certainly wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything.

Shirts clearly stated as cotton and linen on website. When arrived they were the most awful synthetic fabric I’ve ever seen, terrible quality.

This pretend company has stolen some of my artwork as well as other artists. They refuse to respond. Many other customers never receive their product or receive crap items. I purchased a plastic dishwasher cover and I thought this company was in the USA, it's in China. After a month it arrived badly damaged. I contacted the company, sent several photos and asked for either another print or a refund. I spent $29 and they offered me $6. I contacted Pay Pal and heard back that to receive a refund I would have to send the item back at my expense =$16. So I am out the money and can't use the product. This is a bad company.

I have been waiting 11 weeks now and have asked for a refund but told to wait a little longer! Blamed Covid!!

Buyer beware! I ordered two shirts 6 weeks ago. They got stuck in transit in California and Orlando for weeks. Items finally arrived yesterday. One shirt was what I ordered, but sizing off and fabric is horrible. The other shirt was completely wrong. Have asked for a refund over and over again. They are blaming COVID for the delay. I have contacted PayPal and opened up a claim.
