Very poor after sales…I not having any responses to my emails regarding returns and refund. Can anyone advise me

Pessimo! Diffidate di questo sito! Mi è stato inviato un cappotto che non corrisponde per colore e composizione di materiale a quanto descritto e rappresentato in foto. È totalmente diverso e di scarsa qualità. Non mi permettono di restituirlo e ottenere un rimborso.

Mi dispiace non avere letto prima le recensioni. continuo a scrivere perchè non ho ricevuto il capo ordinato e pagato SUBITO. E' ormai un mese che attendo, mentre sul loro sito scrivono che la ricezione è dopo 5 gg lavorativi. esperienza più che negativa. ho scritto tante volte ma senza ottenere alcuna risposta. ho buttato via soldi per niente.

I’m happy I found this website, coz they sell really unique clothing. Delivery take a little longer then i expected to Ukraine, but I received nice festive look for 8 of March to night out 😍 I will order again definitely

This company takes pictures and videos from other brands and uploads it on their page. Beware. Brands like Oddmuse London, house of CB, and just to mention a few. They display it as their own. Don't order from them. Was about to order from them then I realised this. Stay away

Vor 3 Wochen Kleid für 82 EUR bestellt und weder eine Lieferung oder eine Lieferverfolgung. Nach 10 Emails nur eine Antwort, dass Lieferung erst in weiteren 3 Wochen. Email ohne Impressum usw. Nur bla bla bla. Es ist eine betrügerische Firma- NICHT BESTELLEN !!!

absoluter beschiss, kleidungsteile absolut minderwertig: fetzen! umtausch wegen rabatt nicht möglich- allerdings sind 100% der angebotenen ware rabattiert im webshop!
