I ordered in 3 months ago. My credit Card was charged and I am still waiting on June 20th. I got a post this week saying my order wasn’t complete. Not only was it incompleted, I don’t have it , and was charged .

ACHTUNG Fake Shop! Nie eine Lieferung oder Antwort erhalten. Nicht mal PayPal konnte weiterhelfen das Geld wieder zu bekommen. Finger weg!

I ordered a lovely dress .. got the dress nothing like the pic, cheap material and it does not fit.. I asked what I should do to return it and get a refund, and there were so many excuses .. to cut a long story short .. avoid Montterini and do not trust them at all.. and they are not from Paris or Spain .. just beware .. I was promised a slight refund but never received anything .. I am honestly so disappointed and do not wish anyone else to go through the same experience.

Perhaps, this comment will help someone to save time, efforts, and money. Montterini is a fraud scheme, you pay and they do not supply you anything. They take beautiful photos from other websites, but they do not have this stuff in stock. So, my advice, when you see their commercial, just block them.

Ich habe am 18 April 2024 bei Montterini den Artikel Melissa Jacket bestellt und mit Karte bezahlt. Auf der Seite des Unternehmens,sowie in der Werbung auf Instagram sah das Produkt sehr hochwertig & elegant aus. Als ich nach 2 Wochen keine Sendung erhalten habe, jedoch Emails der Firma mit der Aufforderung mein Einkaufskorb in dem Artikel lagen ,die ich nicht einmal eingesehen hatte zusätzlich leeren , habe ich Verdacht geschöpft und bei der Kreditkartenfirma reklamiert und die Zahlung vorerst gestoppt. Erst nachdem die Kreditkartenfirma Nachforschungen eingeleitet hat und ich Montterini informiert habe dass, die Zahlung gestoppt wurde haben sie reagiert und am 10 Mai 2024 eine Sendung aus China veranlasst. Die am 17.Mai erhaltene Jacke entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Bild, die Qualität ist unter jeder Kritik, es gab kein Etikett, Herstellernachweiss oder, Rücksendeadresse etc. Für 75 Euro habe ich ein Artikel der höchstens 8 Euro Wert ist aus China erhalten. Bitte lasst Euch von den Bildern und den angeblichen Rabatten mit denen Montterini lockt nicht irre führen. Hätte ich Trustpilot vorher gecheckt wäre mir dies nicht passiert!
