Customer Care Lacking! I have a sizing issue with bib shorts that I bought....too large considering the size chart that was provided to measure up. That is one issue, but it is the lack of response from Montella Cycling that is concerning. They promote some sizing discount if something doesn't fit...well they would have to respond to either the emails or facebook message for that to be worth anything. If you know it fits, great. If you are a first time buyer and there is a question, go to a store instead of here. Good stuff that does not fit is still no good.

Jersey was poorly constructed, with completely uneven zipper seam. Return was approved, but required me to ship at my expense to Lithuania (really?), which would have cost me nearly $90 US, which was about 40% more than I paid for the jersey. Decent price if you are willing to risk it, but they clearly don't stand by their product.

I purchased 4 jerseys from Mondella using THEIR recommendation for sizing. After carefully checking all my measurements and waiting over 3 weeks I received my order. I was shocked to discover that all jerseys were at least 2 sizes smaller than other jerseys I have been wearing. Furthermore the quality of the jerseys was of very low quality, very thin material and the zippers were very cheap. I contacted the customer service and they offered to sell me the jerseys in larger sizes at 70% discount. How can I trust that the sizes would fit after being fooled by their size recommendations before. I decided to send the jerseys back for a refund. To return the jerseys have to send them to Lithuania at my expense. I went to FedEx and was quoted $417 to ship them back. Needless to say I won’t be doing that. To me this company is just another internet scam. Fair warning, stay away from Mondella. This company is terrible.

I am sorry I cannot give zero stars. Things to watch for. This is not a UK company, so your bank charges you for overseas payments. This is not clear on their website. Delivery is very slow, and the goods are not of the best quality. Beware of the sizing. Customer service is slow and unhelpful

Spoke to customer service regarding jersey sizing, particularly the length. Customer service confirmed the jersey was the length I had noted. When I received the jersey it was three inches longer than the confirmed length. They refused to acknowledge their mistake nor extend any effort to do something about their mistake. I feel I was baited into making a purchase, cheated and disrespected as a consumer. Would not recommend doing business with them.

Jerseys are extremely undersized. I purchased (2) jerseys, (1) one size larger and (1) two sizes larger than what the sizing guide indicated I would need. Neither would zip past my lower chest. To exchange an item, you have to email Montella to receive instructions. They then reply to your email, not with instructions but with an option to exchange the items. My second email again asked for return instructions and an address. I'm still waiting on a reply. I did read that you have to return them to an address in Europe even though their office is in the Orlando area and the original shipment is from Asia. If you do purchase from this company, I suggest sizing up at least 4 sizes and start with one garment. Even then I think it's a gamble, especially when you can purchase Pearl Izumi for about $20 more. It might be a plain jersey, rather than a cool design, but at least you know you're getting quality material, realistic sizing and a company that stands behind their product.

Pessimi come gestione ordine e consegna. Ordine fatto il 13/05 n. ET3557), di una semplice maglia BDC, risulta consegnato il 27/05….peccato che io non ho mai ricevuto nulla e non sono neanche stato contattato dal corriere. Contatto il loro corriere che dice di non potermi dare il foglio di consegna sul quale dovrebbe esserci una firma…che non sarà sicuramente la mia! MAI PIÙ UN ACQUISTO QUI, sconsiglio vivamente!!

I ordered from Montella-cycling.eu. Received a cycling jersey not true to size and absolute cheap china quality. Had to return the parcel from the Netherlands to an address in Lithuania which costs a fortune. I have returned it two months ago but never received my money back. DO NOT BUY from them!!!
