I wish I had read reviews before…
I wish I had read reviews before playing. Apparently they have a history of not paying out and coming up with insane excuses as to why. I won $345 a week ago and my redemption status is still “pending”. Support says they have up to 30 days to approve a redemption which is the longest out of any casino I’ve ever played at. I’m anxiously awaiting their decision and now based on what others have said about them declining redemptions I don’t have much hope. IF I receive my redemption I’ll give more stars but based on the long wait time I’d suggest playing elsewhere.
