Placed order on Dec 17th and according to the two different tracking numbers that they gave me via email it still hasn't left the US and no idea what kind of delivery date I can expect. Emailed them and they are useless about information or help tracking it. I believe they answer with a bot. nearly 30 days and still my item hasn't been delivered. I will never use them again. They are even worse than Amazon Jan 16th 2026 A month now and no resolution. My package still not delivered. They actually emailed me and offered me a refund of shipping cost if i removed my 1 star review. Acordung to tracking it hasn't moved since the 7th of January. Update Jan. 22nd.... Still no package, no contact for several days now. And an apology via trustpilot doesn't help when you have basically stolen my money for a package ordered over a month ago and no resolution Yet. Do not order from this place. They steal your money cant keep track of the packages and dont offer any viable solution. Update 1/27/26 So Monsterry finaly admited the package was lost and offered me a full refund or another T shirt and a percentage off my next order. I told them Expedite another shirt and reimburse me anyway. Not only will they Not reimburse me for the shirt but they wont even reimburse me for the shipping. And they had the odasity to offer me more of a percentage off my next order. Now why in the world would I ever order from them again? Seriously. Oh and they have not provided me with tracking info. Just an email saying ot will arrive in February. 2 months after the original order. UPDATE - February 9th They finally admitted they lost it. They reordered with a delivery date of February 9th. It's the 9th and tracking shows it's still in transit. Seriously! They can't honor anything they say.

Terrible workmanship & quality! Quality of the print is really bad. TSHIRT SIZING IS OFF TOO. THE VINYL PRINT IS BAD! It is not going to survive normal laundry process. I noticed this from first opening the bag it shipped in. Its like its sealed around the edges but the middle isn't attached well. Company demands a photo which I did share via email. They wont acknowledge i did. The print is bad. Customer service is VERY poor. Vinyl Print is cheap too. All I can say is dont use this company or your going to be stuck with it and out of a lot of money for the item you receive. Wish I had not trusted this company. This was to be a Christmas gift. Its embarrassing quality and absolutely not gift giving quality

I tried to return for a size that would fit appropriately and they wanted me to pay the shipping and half the cost of the product to return it. Update- in the company reply it said you were pleased you were able to make things better. It didn’t! I have two shirts at my house that don’t fit, that I paid for, and that they would let me send back for a refund. Nothing was fixed from the other review. Please don’t let the company’s response fool you. Don’t use them.

Hoodie is so short looks like a belly shirt, wish they would use better quality clothing!

Update. Again! I found my commercial art stolen work! Now they ignore infringement reports?! I found my commercial art, stolen and selling on this site. Upon investigation, seems the addresses listed on the site are fake. Be sure the work you love isn't stolen web copies before purchasing. A reverse image search should find the rightful owner to support.

Item received had far different color than what was shown in sample image. Graphics were of low quality print.

Two weeks after ordering still nothing apart from some sincerely apologetic emails. Stay away, I will for sure! Edit: see their deeply apologetic response again below. I already reached out to the supper twice where they were also deeply apologetic. Asked for a refund as the item is still not here, that was ignored and they reassured me how sorry they are. These companies with zero customer care go out of business faster than you'd expect.

I checked the returns policy before ordering as I was unsure of the sizing. When I emailed asking to exchange for a smaller size they replied pretty quickly and I was told that after reviewing my request they can only offer for me to send the T-shirt back and they will "only" charge me 50% of a new T-shirt in a smaller size. I replied with a screenshot of their returns policy showing the item matched the criteria for an exchange and I have heard nothing back. I have emailed again since and have still heard nothing. A very disingenuous company who don't follow their own policies and ignore customers emails when questioned.
