Not sure how did this company get my card information. I was charged $29, only after that I came to know about this company. Looks like a pure scam. Don't even go closer to them.

I have never heard of this company, nor would I ever use this company. I don't do investing or anything with stocks. I don't know how this company got my account information, but I am contacting the BBB because I am not the first person to go through this.

I did NOT authorize this app to get money from me. I tried Zenfy, but this Monivate was the app to get money from my back account, which I did not consent.

Never signed up for it, like so many others. It's a scam, do not go near these people.

be careful with this provider. they set you a trap that you will not realise by activating a subscription if you subscribe to a free-trial with zenfy. CAREFUL - THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT.

Obtienen tus datos sin autorización por otra empresa llamada Zenfy, aunque canceles la subcripcion y cierres tu cuenta, toman tus datos (email, nombre, numero de tarjeta) para cobrarte una membresia que NO solicitaste en Monivate. Automatizan el pago de un servicio sin previo aviso. Yo he cancelado mi subcripcion, solicitado que eliminen mi cuenta, eliminen cualquier dato personal y un reembolso. NO confien ni en Monivate ni en Zenfy. Es una estafa!!!!

Monivate is a scam. When you sign up for Zenfy — one of their associated platforms — you are automatically enrolled into Monivate as well. There is no clear disclosure, no consent, and no warning that you’re suddenly responsible for two separate subscriptions. And here’s the part that exposes the scam completely: When you cancel Zenfy, they don’t cancel Monivate. You have to cancel both subscriptions individually, yet they conveniently hide this fact throughout the entire cancellation process. Nothing in their flow tells you that a second subscription exists, let alone that it needs to be cancelled separately. The result? Monivate keeps charging you, and they profit off a subscription you never knowingly agreed to. It’s deceptive, predatory, and absolutely a scam.
