MonikerReviews of moniker.com

One of the best registrars in the world! I have worked with Moniker for nearly 20 years having registered thousands of domains over that time frame. Their entire team provides top notch support and their attention to detail is top notch! If you are involved in any facet of the domain name business I highly recommend doing business with Moniker! I will start with my honest review, usually this is against their policy but they really put my needs first and made an exception and helped me out out of nowhere. I was sure they would make me wait 30 days and get my domain dead and ask me to re-register somewhere else but their support is so great that, even if they told me they made an exception with me, I do strongly believe that they did it because they love their clients. I wanted to leave them because of billing/charging issues with their card billing platform but normally when you do not stay with a company they put out every effort to make them pay and not leave you but in my case, they not only allowed me to leave, but allowed me to do so in one single day. And the most awesome thing of all, they provided the solution first hand without letting me think or beg for a way to solve my issue. If I ever want to register a domain name in future, it would be with them always, I will be going right to my bank today and close my current card I own with them and get a credit card which is accepted by them anyway. I hate my bank for what they did to me but even when moniker was not in the situation of helping me, they did what my bank should have done in the first place, so, I owe them one for this. Thankyou moniker for your awesome support. Love you!

Quick and professional response. Thank you guys!

These guys are the best!!! I called in and got a live rep within seconds. Key went out of his way to do me a favor and make an edit on the site. Very quick service very polite people

Thank you Simon Röder for your assistance. Great telephone support !!!

on live chat I encountered with Adrian Krebs. such a nice guy solved my problem in minutes with step by step guide. moniker is bit costly than other registrar companies but I am now big fan of it because of its support

When I needed to change the phone number for my whois entry, I asked for instructions. I was speedily given these instructions. I followed said instructions - or so I thought. Actually, I messed up somewhere along the lines. The Moniker customer service rep checked - without my asking - to make sure I'd managed to make the changes I wanted to make. He noticed I hadn't, so emailed me to ask if I'd like him to do it. I said yes. He did it. In an industry where I normally end up speaking to a bot, that's pretty damned good; hence, this review.

I switched to Moniker for my email base. I was first setting up my wife's email on a Windows 10 computer. Part of my reason for switching was I had been unable to get it working with the previous company. In the process I made a number of careless and silly mistakes. I could not see what was wrong but Adrian, (at Moniker) found them all and let me know what needed to be corrected. Next I needed to setup an account on my iMac. I made a similar error and Adrian found the problem easily. He was very patient with me in each case. The prices at Moniker were a decided improvement over what I was paying elsewhere.
