I am so impressed. The speed and helpfulness with which Moniker resolved our problem, rescuing a domain from a deceased person's account, far exceeded expectation. The chat support service and control panel were truly customer-facing, with features that were intuitive and high-class, making for a significantly happier experience than I have had with other companies.

I've been using Moniker for my domain services since I've been in business. The costs are very reasonable and I like the independence of owing my domains separate from my hosting service. The website and my account dashboard are very easy to use. Over the last 10 years I've never had a problem. The few times I've had a question for support they got back to me quickly. I highly recommend Moniker!

Due to my own oversight I had two of domains deleted due to an outdated credit card. Adrian at Moniker was more than courteous and was able to reinstate my domains within the hour. Great service, great company.

Great company, great service! Just transferred 25 domains over to these guys and it could not have been any easier. Fast, cost effective and much better service than my previous registrar. Their customer service team responded when I had a question and I set all domains up easily on auto renew so I don’t lose them like guy below. These customers cannot be real! Moniker is one of the best! I have worked with Moniker since 2001, I have hundreds of names with them, they provide great value and top notch customer service, I really do not know what these people could be complaining about. They either do not know what they are talking about or do not know how to effectively manage domain names. I do and they are one of the top companies in the space!
