Self Reflection
The importance of building one self is as important as building a sustainable future for your children. Justin not only concentrates on teaching forex but to dig deep and find the problems around your trading experience. This realization started with the "Unfuck ur trading experiment" You have no idea how that experiment has opened my eyes and changed my life.
My story is a long story and I still have a way to go but I know that I to will make it!!
Justin and the tribe community have been an essential part of my inner growth and realization that I am enough, I am very blessed to be part of this tribe.

I was part of MT21 for 3 months. Obviously sad and disgusted because so many decent people wanting to trade, is stuck in here. Lets start:
Part of the community: Basic guidelines to setup your accounts with broker and trading platform provided. Also a basic course to teach you about trading. Further, a daily analysis of the market is given, at 06:00 AM which is not relevant anymore in different sessions (fundamentally and technically obviously).
Draw down rules and experiments are held which makes you as a member so scared for drawdowns on trades that you close every trade in a loss. I felt extremely discouraged because I want to start making money (thats why everyone joins!) and until you are very profitable in a demo account it is not recommended for you to trade live (which I am up to now not sure when it will happen, because I haven’t spoken to 1 profitable trader besides the owner Justin) but absolutely zero guidelines are given to actual trading besides telling you every other day to work on yourself as a person because you have a problem, not about you don't know the market or any guidelines to scalp as suggested. Scalping of the 5M candles alone with a $0.60 drawdown rule is impossible hence the tribe participating in the experiment ending on almost $500 loss( in 2 weeks) and trading of 0.01 lots, with 100+ traders participating.
I believe that the partners of MT21 are out to take the monthly subscription from the members, not guide them to profitability in the short term at all, brain spool them to believe they are wrong and should try harder(no one sure what they should try harder), and no one sure at all what to do or where to go. Fast, get up very early for Asian session (our zone GMT +2), are suggestion. Thats obviously ideal because you’ll pay the next months subscription for absolutely nothing, again.
I joined another community and I wish to share this here because this is what trading is about and what they wish for you as a new trader:
“Month 1: Get principles down and consistently take the necessary steps to success (~$200-$1000USD/week average).
Month 2-4: Make your first ~$5,000USD with us by using proper risk management and consistently benefit from VIP discussions to increase the number of high quality trades you get to take per day.
Month 5-8: Make your first 20k USD with us and we will invite you to join our very exclusive, where you can take on the advance trades to improve your trading portfolio and will be invited to join our private community.
Month 8-10: Consistently trade with us with the aim of ~$5k-10k /month
Month 10+: Bring your account to a decent $30,000~$50,000 USD to trade consistently with full confidence targeting 8-15% a week for consistent income with little stress. “
Yes, they are earning commission on my trades, because its a live account, but who cares I made money within the first week, isn’t that the reason you are searching for an opportunity?
Lastly, learning how to make money will not be a priority in this community (As Justin said he is not a fan of live trading, and where else will we learn if you are already paying for a service?) because then you will not need the community obviously and they won’t get your monthly subscription. 800-900 members x $49 or $79 per month, whatever the amount is. Do the math. I am out.

This is not a response to Pieter — it’s a response for Pieter, and for anyone reading this review seeking clarity.
Pieter joined MoneyTribe21 on March 17, 2025, with no prior trading knowledge. He left after three months: discouraged, frustrated, and impatient that he wasn’t making money yet. Understandable, but that reaction reflects a misunderstanding of what this platform is meant to do.
Let’s break it down.
1️⃣ Trading isn’t instant, it’s a professional skill.
Every new trader wants profits. But expecting them in 90 days, without mastering risk, psychology, and structure, is exactly what keeps most traders stuck. MoneyTribe21 doesn’t exist to provide fast profits, it exists to teach people how to trade.
Our curriculum builds traders from the ground up: how markets move, how to plan trades, how to protect capital, and how to hold discipline under pressure. If you came looking for signals or a guaranteed income, this isn’t the right community for you and we say that clearly from Day 1.
2️⃣ Pieter ignored the education path.
He started the Forex Basics course, stopped at Lesson 8, skipped to the TradingView setup (which assumes you already understand market structure and momentum), and then jumped into the Advanced Forex Course meant only for consistent traders. He completed two lessons, then quit.
The results speak for themselves: the program works if you follow it — not if you skip half of it.
3️⃣ On drawdown rules and experiments.
Our experiments and competitions are built with strict evaluation parameters: daily loss limits, max drawdown, small lot sizes, and pressure tests. They replicate prop-firm conditions so traders can learn to handle discipline before risking real capital. They’re not designed to make you lose, they’re designed to make you grow.
4️⃣ “No one is profitable except Justin”?
That’s simply false. Pieter asked this same question inside our community chat, and multiple members responded — sharing their funded account milestones, consistent demo performance, and real progress achieved through months of disciplined work.
He chose not to engage with any of them.
There are hundreds of traders within MoneyTribe21 who are becoming consistently profitable, not because they rushed the process, but because they committed to it. Success in trading isn’t about shortcuts; it’s about showing up, learning properly, and applying what you’re taught.
5️⃣ “No guidance for scalping, just mindset talk.”
Pieter never completed the lessons that actually teach the mechanics of scalping. You can’t expect clarity on a strategy when you’ve skipped the modules that make it work. Yes, we talk about mindset, It’s what destroys most traders — not motivation, not charts, but emotions. Mindset isn’t “fluff”; it’s what keeps your psychology stable so you don’t blow your account.
6️⃣ “I joined another group — made money in Week 1.”
We’re genuinely happy he found a model that fits his expectations. But any platform promising “$5 000 a month by Month 2” earns commissions on your trades, win or lose. That’s a different business model entirely, one built on your activity, not your growth.
7️⃣ “It’s just a subscription model.”
That subscription funds far more than he ever used:
– 20+ hours of structured education
– Daily live Market analysis & weekly Q&A sessions with Justin
– Real-time group chat of 900+ members
– Full access to trading experiments and competitions
– New resources, tracking software, & app development
Every cent goes back into building tools that help traders reach profitability sooner. Without fake funding, or paid signals.
Final words.
Pieter didn’t fail because there was no guidance.
He failed because he didn’t follow it.
He joined.
Skipped the education.
Broke rules.
Expected profits within 90 days.
And blamed the system when it didn’t bend to his timeline.
