Love this program for my personal finances and budgeting. Had an issue with a recent update, emailed customer service about the problem and within 24 hours had a detailed response with a work around to allow me to continue using the program. Noted in their response that they were aware of the problem and were working on an update. Update was released 4 days later and works seamlessly. Couldn't be happier with their rapid and very professional response.

Even as a trial user, support desk were very helpful and responsive is assisting with importing from an all account Quicken QIF file. Had a bit of tidying up of data but overall successful in importing years of data. Just purchased the full licence and have set up cloud data which was one of the key reasons for moving to a more modern solution such as this. So far enjoying its functionality.
