Money Mart (US)Reviews of moneymart.com

The representative Samantha at the Clovis and peach location is upbeat and professional. You never have to wait long when being served by here, as she is quick witted and a multi tasker. She rocks!

I am very pleased...it was fast, simple, easy and all together great. Thanks

I IVORY BROWN AM A CURRENT CUSTOMER THAT HAS NOT ONLY BEEN IMPACTED IN THE PANDEMIC COVID-19 BUT THE RECENT HURRICANE LAURA WHICH RESULTED IN MY HOME BEING DESTROYED AND LOSS AND IM REQUESTING EXTENSION NOT ONLY FOR MY CURRENT PAYMENT BUT WOULD ALSO LIKE TO GET SN EMERGENCY CASH ADVANCE

I wanted to write about my experience I had at Money Mart at the Alakea Location in Honolulu, Hi. I own a business that has been greatly affected by the Covid 19 pandemic. Then upon that. Recently someone was able to go into my local bank account and make 3 unauthorized withdrawals. Which brought me to file a complaint and stop any transactions for a period of time. As a result, I had to find another means of cashing any business checks. Now I have used Money Mart before but did not have a business account. That's when I met their representative Claire. Claire took the time to explain to me about opening a business account. She pateintly took me step by step in doing so. She was also very informative and was able to answer and address all my answers and concerns. She did this all with the utmost professionalism and care. I now have the confidence and reassurance that I have somewhere else to go for my business. It was an incredible experience. I will definitely recommend Claire and Money Mart Alakea to everyone I know.

My husband and I visited Anchorage from the kenai peninsula to purchase a car and we had to cash a check. We visited your store on Benson. A young man named Nathan waited on us ,he was the most pleasant, great spoken young man. He sure made our day. Thank you Nathan for your pleasant and professional attitude. We'll always use money mart because of this young man. Keep up the great work money mart.
