I'm still waiting for my dress i ordered two weeks ago 🙃 I want my dress or my money back 167.98 that's not right or I'll have my credit card company get it back for me

I’ve been waiting on my item since February 27th it is now March 20th! Hopes it arrives on time and freaking fits! I’m so disappointed in this company they should tell you up front that their items take a month to arrive. I am running out of time probably going to buy something else local JUST SO IRRITATED!

It is extremely difficult to return a dress that does not fit properly. The company tries to give you other solutions, such as 30% off another dress if you keep it. I went back and forth several times before they agreed to refund 30% of the price and I keep a dress that does not fit. If I returned it they would charge a 20% restocking fee plus I would have to pay the postage to mail it from the U.S. to Hong Kong! I will try to resell the dress to make up the cost. Worst customer service ever. Do NOT order from this company.

I purchased four dresses from Mondressy for my future mother-in-law to wear to my upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, she suffered a stroke and is not able to go into stores to try on dresses, so ordering online was the only practical option for us. When the dresses arrived, they had a noticeable odor. She did end up liking one of the dresses, and thankfully that one did not smell as strongly as the others. The remaining three dresses were never tried on — they were only opened and removed from their bags. I contacted Mondressy for return instructions. After nearly two weeks of back-and-forth emails, the options they provided were disappointing. I could either return the dresses at my own expense and wait for them to receive and inspect the items before determining whether they would issue a refund, or accept a 30% refund instead. The total value of the dresses being returned is over $495, yet they are only offering $148.50 if I accept the partial refund. This return process has been extremely frustrating and difficult to navigate. Given the circumstances — especially trying to help someone recovering from a stroke find a dress for such an important occasion — I had hoped for a more understanding and customer-friendly experience. Buyer beware: returns with this company are very difficult to manage. UPDATE: PLEASE CONTINUE TO BE AWARE – Following my original review, the company offered a refund only if I agreed to remove my review. I feel it’s important for potential customers to know this. I will not remove a truthful review in exchange for compensation. Transparency matters, and other customers deserve an honest account of the experience. While this means I will absorb the financial loss, I stand by this decision on principle. A legitimate refund should not be conditional upon silencing a customer’s honest feedback. Despite me emailing to cancel an order before it was shipped, they refused to cancel it, saying I could still use the outfit for another event, and shipped it anyway.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a company as I have had with these people. When I received my Mother of the Bride's dress, the plastic packaging was ripped open & part of the dress was hanging out. I decided to check it out anyway, found no damage and tried it on. The sizing was all wrong and I tried to return it. It amazed me a what lengths they went to with giving discounts for my return without giving me a refund. I paid $14.99 for the shipping (damaged) but when I started to return it, I found I was going to have to return it to CHINA for $49.95, which was not going to be refunded. By the time I paid for a dress I could not wear, could not have altered & was never going need again, I was only going to get about $55 refunded of a $154 purchase because they have a restocking fee for their "work" in returning it to resale. There should be a LAW enacted to MAKE these companies state, somewhere in their promotion of GREAT products & fake satisfied customers, that the item is coming FROM CHINA...........buyer beware!!!

The price of the dress and the quality of the material is so polar opposite. The quality was terrible. The dress did not look like the picture that they posted. In the return process is completely bogus. None of that is available to you during the purchase process. God forbid you have to return it because of the quality in size fit like I did. They tried 50 different ways to get me to keep it or if I was going to send it back, they were going to only give me 70% of the original cost plus paying shipping to China on top of it. This company is from China and it is a complete scam. Do not buy from them.
