Dress was nice but zipper was defective, got stuck and would not zip without huge effort or getting off track/stuck in material. I notified them the next day requesting a return since item is defective and they state on website “full return” for such items. However, they proceeded to suggest that I apply soap or lubricant to the dress, or pay for get it fixed somewhere. When I replied that I did not want to apply soap or lubricant to a silk fabric and again requested refund, they sent me 2 other options: a coupon for another dress, or to keep dress for 30% discount. I have requested the refund per their policy but no word back for days. This all started 19 days ago. I do not recommend buying here, too difficult to work with if something is off. Stick with Macys, Nordstrom, anywhere but here. Not flexible and no people to talk to apparently. I asked to speak with someone directly then silence . Skip this place .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU'RE POSITIVE YOU WON'T RETURN IT. YOU ONLY GET 20 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR UNLESS YOU SOMEHOW SHIP IT BACK TO CHINA, PLUS AN EXORBITANT RESTOCK FEE.

Like another reviewer said do not buy from them when you try to return something even though they’re return policy says that you can within 14 days they will go to no reply whatsoever or try to give you a minimum of what you ordered and paid. I tried to cancel this even before they had shipped it and they were trying not to give me the full refund and they hadn’t even made the dress or shipped it yet when it arrived as I suspected, it was the wrong dress for what I wanted too small and some areas and too big and others color was off from what it was advertised and I am unable to use it Tried to contact them immediately the day it was delivered after I tried it on and they have not responded after four or five emails asking for a return shipping address. Absolutely not worth it if you’re going to spend almost $200 on a dress that useless that you cannot return Beware!!!

I ordered several dresses in different sizes and colors. It has now been 5 days of requesting return information and there has been NO response from the company. Update: I finally heard back and like others I agree DO NOT order from this company unless you know you will be keeping the item. Restocking fees are 40% and you have to ship returned items back to China at your cost! They offered to reduce the price I paid for the items in lieu of returns, but AGAIN I have heard nothing back from them in days.

Terrible delivery service. I paid for 3-6 business day delivery. It's now the 10th business day and I have not received my package. I had to buy another suit because this was for a wedding. Do not buy from here!!!

I placed an order for 2 dresses, with plenty of time in case of delays. They wrote letting me know there would be a delay on delivery, but based on the new information I would still get the dresses on time. Well, they never arrived, but they charged my credit card the full amount! I disputed the charges, they fought it even with no proof of delivery as they sent the dresses via USPS w/o requiring signature

Total ripoff!! Chinese company that does not honor return policy. Cheap and poor fitting. No such thing as expedited shipping. Took 12 days instead of 3-6. Lesson learned.

You have the worst return policy I have ever had to deal with, first of all you don't have it set up where you can go online and print a return lable like the rest of the stores do? I ordered a suit from your store and wanted to send it back, but you make it so difficult that I decided to keep it, but I will never order from you angain because you have the worst return policy.
