I've learned my lesson...NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHINA! We provided CUSTOM measurements for the dress we ordered. It arrived the day before the wedding...and it could not be zipped up the back. We were told that custom dresses could not be returned, but we were offered a Plan B: if we kept the dress, we'd receive a 40% refund. We decided to accept the offer as they adamantly refused, multiple times, to accept any responsibility for the fact that the dress was too tight to even zip. Also, if we decided to ship the dress back, we'd have to pay for shipping...AND they instructed us to value the dress at $40! Haha! That's probably it's true value. Lastly, I received an email today, 07/11/24, informing me that I would receive another 25% credit if I removed my negative review. Nope! Beware of this horrible company!

I have waiting for a return number. They are not responding. I’ve contacted 3 times. Fourth time will be tomorrow!! The size 8 looks like a 4!! This is not in US sizes! I would t buy from this business!

Will not respond to my return request- after 3 attempts. Do NOT order from this company. The dress was delivered on June 11. Have tried multiple times to get information on how to return. The dress is terrible fit- and bad fabric. I ordered 1 dress to maybe use for my daughters wedding. Customer Service will not respond. Please read this and DO NOT ORDER. Stick with companies with a good return. Read reviews from this company- NOT GOOD.

Asking for a return label with no response. Item doesn’t fit well and it arrived late even though I paid extra for fast shipping. Based on these reviews that I am reading, it looks like I am out of luck. Not an inexpensive loss!

Horrible...size info way off so you buy the wrong size...then they offer you partial credit to keep it. What are you supposed to do with something that doesn't fit. Customer service unresponsive on providing return info..will be hoping credit card co will help

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The dress I paid for never showed up. No live customer service said they would only refund 20% for a dress I never received.

Do not buy from this company. The shipping took forever, the dress did not fit- no “give” in the fabric, best option for a return is a credit for 28% of the purchase price.

Took forever to get the dress! It is impossible to try to return it, you need a “special” number and NO WAY TO GET ONE! Total rip off!! No such thing as a return policy and the sizes are way off! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!
