Don't order from this company. I received the dress but unable to zip it. Contacted them immediately, I wanted a larger size. The response was no return. I lost $148. Very disappointing.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MONDRESSY UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE OF NO RETURN!!!!! The mother of the bride dress I ordered did not work due to color, fit, and embellishments. After several days trying to get information to return, they gave me an address in the United Kingdom to return the dress to. It was refused and returned to me. The refund I finally received was one half the expense of the dress and UK shipping. An expensive lesson learned!

Like the MANY others: 1) Dress was 3 different sizes (have a professional seamstress measure AND take pics) 2) Their dispute with my complaint was ridiculous with showing me a mannequin with a number on it to “prove” they had the right size. 🤦🏻‍♀️😆 3) No size tags in ANY of my garments. 4) The ordered undergarment was so small my daughter (size 0) couldn’t fit into and the tag cut AND was clearly already used prior to my opening (deodorant lines all on the inside. 🤢) 5) Like everyone else stated their customer service is rude, non-factual and thinks their “deal” percentage off of next purchase or only a fraction off of original price will be returned for a never worn dress. By their website you need a RAM number for a return (they refused to give this to me) and need to get back to them within 15 days…but they will spend 7+ days haggling with you, refuting as the customer is clearly wrong. 6) This is a scam place with poor customer service, shoddy quality dress craftsmanship. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! All reviews that support them must be bots to attempt to balance the OVERLOAD OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

Ordered an outfit for a our son's wedding and the top and jacket fit, however, the top is 2 sized too small. Their return policy is HORRIBLE - After spending $125 I would only receive back $60 and even less after shipping to Hong Kong - STAY AWAY from Mondressy - if you live in the Orient - ok then, but anywhere else - STAY AWAY!

I believe these positive reviews for Mondressy are fake. My mom bought a dress for a future wedding and it came in a tiny plastic bag. WAS NOT THE SiZE SHE ORDERED, and it did not match what was pictured online. Feels and looks poorly made in person. She attempted to return it as soon as she got it and was denied a return. Look at their refund policy if you can find it - pretty much says they won’t return it. Especially over sizing. Update: My mom disputed the charge with her credit card company, and she is being credited by her bank. Obviously because this is a fraudulent company.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAM. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PLACED AN ORDER. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND FROM THEM. THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA, TRY TO GET YOU TO KEEP THE DRESS AND THEN CHARGE YOU RE-STOCKING FEES ETC ETC. ABSOLUTE SCAM PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. 30+ bad reviews with the same issues I had. I wish I'd read them before I purchased. They send flawed, incorrect size dresses and then will not honor a return. They block emails when you reach out to ask how to return the items. They lie and will say anything against what you state your complaints are, to say you are wrong. This COMPANY IS A SCAM FROM CHINA. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I think the good reviews are fake. My credit card company is helping me dispute my charges and they knew this company name as a SCAM when I told them it was Mondressy! That proves they are known for this type of crap. My dress was a 12 according to their site size chart. I just bought a dress at a boutique that I tried on in a size 10! It only needs a small hem on the bottom of the dress to be perfect even though their sizes run smaller! Mondressy tried to say I picked the wrong size but, according to my measurements on their own chart a 12 would be a little big on me, I couldn't even get their 12 on! The bodice was deformed and the colors were awful! They were yellow gold with an ugly brown gold lace over the top. It was supposed to be champagne and it is not! Do not buy from this company, you will regret it! I had to give 1 star to review at all, otherwise it would be negative stars!

Read the return policy before you buy!!! The pantsuit I ordered looked like clown pajamas. The shoulder straps were so short that the darts were under my armpits. It was so baggy and the zipper split immediately. I don't think I will even try to return this. The charge is so much, it's not worth the trouble. I'll donate it and hope someone can make something wearable from the fabric.
