I need to return some dresses am within the 15 day policy. Mondressy refuses to send me a RMA and address to return the dresses. They wanted to first know if there was something they could do to help me like the dresses. I don't need the dresses and they are delaying a response. I don't think they are going to honor their policy. I'm not sure how to deal with them at this point when they won't respond to the email.

I paid hundreds of dollars for 2 figure skating dresses listed as "ships in 6-8 days" and paid for expedited shipping only for the dresses to never show up and the only response I got from customer service was that they were "out of the fabric but it was in stock now". And still, with the fabric magically in stock the day they emailed the dresses never showed up. Garbage company.

I ordered a dinner jacket for myself, that caught my eye for an event for my wife's company. I ordered it, and paid rush delivery to make sure it would be here in plenty of time. I got an email from them asking what size, and I replied XL 46R. I received the item an it is labeled XL, but it is made for a child not a full grown man. Now I'm out $86,they offered a 35%refund, but it costs another $33 to return. They have to be more clear with their size chart, so they won't trick people anymore. Yes thank you for your reply, but you still do not help the unsuspecting consumer,by not put up a correct size chart. I will forward my screen shot to the better business bureau. Let them decide about your deceptive practice.

As another reviewer advised, while not disclosed anywhere on its website, Mondressey charges a 32% minimum return charge. So, if it doesn't fit, they get paid another 32% for nothing -- and they get the dress back to send to some other unsuspecting customer. Not an above-board vendor. Buyer beware!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress in my size for 140 dollars plus taxes and delivery.total of $154. The dress I received is way too small. When I asked to return it they told me that I have to pay 32% restocking fee and the return postage to Hong Kong will be over $40. They said if I return it I have to add a value of $40 on the value on the package. That is probably the real value of the dress. That is a real scam. Then they gave me the options to keep the dress and they would give me a 35% discount on the next purchase. No way would I try to re order again from them. Or keep the dress and they would give me a credit of 25% . I have never had an experience like this. Really angry and disappointed. Read the terms and conditions if you dare to order from this company .

TO SAY THE SERVICE AND DRESS WAS HORRENDOUS WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT THE DELIVERY WHICH WAS TO BE 7-10 WORKING DAYS TOOK 22 WORKING DAYS AND WHEN I DID RECEIVE MY DRESS IT WAS OF POOR QUALITY BOTH IN MATERIAL AND TAILORING THERE WAS A STRIP ADDED IN THE LENGTH OF THE BACK WHICH LOOKED TO BE THERE SO THE DRESS WAS THE SIZE I REQUIRED. I WOULD ADVISE TO KEEP WELL CLEAR OF MONDRESSY

Bought 2 dresses, one was pictured as black but it was called Regency, since Regency is not a colour, I bought the ‘black’ dress. I received the ugliest purple dress with literally dollar store sequins on the shoulders. Of course they’re not wanting to refund because I bought ‘regency’. Nowhere on their site it states that returns are to an address in China, so between their ‘restocking fee’ and postal charges, there’s basically nothing left. These companies should be banned from the Canadian marketplace. All their reviews are sickly sweet, so they can’t be real.

"AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT EVERY COST". I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding this weekend. Put the order in on the middle of september September as it said 12-15 shipping. After emailing several times I got a response 2 days ago saying there had been a shortage of material and my dresses were just getting produced. When I ordered there was nothing saying out of stock! Customer service is shocking. If you don't want to be ripped of, please shop from a reputable website. HARD LESSON LEARNED.
