For my daughter’s wedding We both thought this dress and colour would be perfect! So I ordered a dress to a specific size! I couldn’t even do the zip up! For the money I expected better. The quality seemed to be of a high standard, but it was shoved in a bag, sent from china and there were holes in the bag! How do you get rid of those creases?

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. Knew it would take a week or so, no problem. I would check the tracking every couple of days. When I checked one day I saw that it had been delivered the week before. But not to me! When I questioned they sent me a picture of the courier handing the package to some woman. The picture showed her standing in a drive of some kind that could not possible be mine. I have been going back and forth with Mondressy and the courier for over a week now and I just want my money back but they refuse. What kind of company is this???

Do not order anything from this website. The merchandise comes from China, sizes are inaccurate and there is no way to return it, good luck!☹️

MONDRESSY IS THE WORST PLACE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A WEDDING DRESS THEY ARE LOCATED IN CHINA AND IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERY THING AND THEY CHARGE $40 STOCKING FEE SO IT WILL COST YOU OVER $140 AND THE DRESS SMEEL FUNKY

I ordered 2 outfits on February 1, 2025. Each costing $179.00 and have yet to receive either one or any response other than the confirmation emails on both. I have sent an email and received no response. According to the website shipping and processing information I should have received these items within 16 days.

Ordered navy blue dress and it turned out to be a neon blue and the material of the dress was not the quality that appeared online.

Before I purchased, I emailed to make sure I could return the dress if needed for a refund. I was assured I could. When I needed to return, they stopped corresponding with me. I had to open a case with Paypal to get them to respond. Then, it is more than half the cost of the dress to return overseas, which I have to pay, and a large restocking fee. Or, keep the dress and get a 35% refund. I read the reviews on the website in advance and they were all positive. There is no way for me to leave this review on their website. No wonder they were all positive. True reviews cannot be left. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Ordered- delayed delivery, incorrect item it was different from order and did not fit. They refused return and offered 35% refund or take chance of returning for full refund with a 20% restocking! It was their mistake and I have to pay? Complete Bait & Switch= SCAM and completely disingenuous. Stay clear from this company.
