They actually do have a US return shipping address. I posted the return address I requested they give me in this review, and Mondressy filed a complaint and they made me take it down. So I can’t give you the actual US return address, but it is in our most furthest US state. Just demand they give you the address so you don’t have to pay for international shipping!

It tooks weeks to receive the shipment. Had no idea it was coming from China. Poor quality when received. Returned it immediately and now been waiting more than six weeks for a refund. Now they need the tracking number. Plus there is a 20% restock fee that's taken and it cost me $23 to ship a lightweight outfit back to China the cheapest way possible. Very poor customer relations

We ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom. I paid extra £19,99 for a faster delivery 3-6 working days. When the dress didn’t arrive, I contacted them and got their response, where they explain that they have to make the dress, dispatch it and then it’s 3-6 days, so all together it’s about 10days minimum, Please don’t pay extra money for a faster delivery as it is a scam. Finally the dress arrived, but to our shock, it looked horrendous, nothing like on the picture. Horrible shape and material too. Something like a pink bin-liner. We had to buy a new prom dress. Returns are difficult as stated by many, plus you don’t get the full refund, so I will have to either try to sell it or cut it and make something useful out of it. Very very disappointed.

Beware of the return policy. My wife purchased a dress online in May. Once received, she didn't like the material and the sleeves were mismatched. One sleeve was a 6 and the other was a 14. So, she initiated a return. Returns have to be sent back within 2 weeks. The games begin...all correspondence is done through email and they said we had to ship it to Hong Kong and pay a 20% restocking fee. Obviously, they wanted to deter us from sending it back and offered us other options. We just wanted to send it back for a full refund. Long story short, we had to get our credit card company involved. Never again, and do your research before you buy anything from Mondressy.

Do not buy from this company! My mom ordered two suits for my sister's wedding. When they arrived, they fit terribly and the quality was extremely poor. We tried to return them, and then discovered that the return policy is a nightmare. First, they charge a 25% restocking fee. Then, it cost $70 to ship it back to Hong Kong. Then, they're going to charge me the full cost of shipping it to me, above the shipping I already paid to receive it! They also instructed me to lie about the value of the package, declaring only $40, so that they don't get charged accurately at customs. Basically, on a $250 order, we're lucky to get $50 back. Ridiculous!

The dress looked nothing like the picture. I tried to return and was given a return address to Honk Kong. No where on the website does it say the dress ships from Honk Kong. It was almost 200 dollars to ship back from the US to Honk Kong. Very upset. They offered 25 percent back refund. Never again. Expensive lesson.

This is a scam. I ordered a dress from the site. It was supposed to be a vibrant, purplish color. I received the dress stuffed into a plastic bag. Wrinkled. The worst part was that it was not close to the picture. It is an ugly purple/grey color and the feathers at the bottom were a completely different shade. My whole family laughed at it when I showed them the dress versus the picture! They will allow the return, but charging a 20% restocking fee and I have to send back to Hong Kong. Basically, I just lost $200. Do not order from this company. Deceptive.
