Very Disappointed !! The. Dressy pant suit I ordered looked to be quite as I expected on first glance but upon trying it on they must have used the measurements I said as exact for the completed garment instead of body measurements. There was absolutely no room added for seams. In fact there were no seams allowances. While trying on the first time the zipper in the very nice top broke. I had paid for custom alteration. Beware People!! When you pay this much it should be perfect and the people who sew them should know about seams and decent zippers!!!☹️

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! I payed extra on shipping to get in 7 to 10 days. It’s day 14 and Package still not arrived, called carrier and said it will be there in 7 more days. Emailed Mondressy 4 times, no real help, wanted me to be patient and wait! Now dress will not be here in time for event. They don’t honor shipping time you pay for!!! Is it a scam to pay for faster shipping????? I am not getting dresses in the 7 to 10 days like I paid for. UPDATE…….. Package arrived in 23 days, I did not get dresses on time for wedding. Paid extra money for shipping for nothing.

The company claims that you can return within 15 days. They do mention a hefty restocking fee. They fail to mention the return address is Hong Kong. My shipping costs exceeded $400. So, basically, you are not able to return the dresses. I am out of a lot of money. The quality of the dresses is just ok. Would highly discourage ordering from this site!!

Absolutely awfull ordered 2 outfits for my mother they arrived after 2 weeks. material is cheep looking no labels on either outfit contacted customer service to find they will NOT REDUND but take 30% re stock fee.... never herd of this ever and I work in retail. return address is HONG KONG .. ment to be UK as a UK Web sight.. now there telling me it cost £40 to send back.. don't be fooled this company is just awfull AVOID AVIOD AVOID

Sent clothing back to the address it came fom on same day I got it.color was wrong for what I needed .,the dress jacket was lace but the lace cutout did not match on both sides in front.would like to have my money back or return the articles ofclothing. Ordered april 16 2025.sent back next day

Firstly, about your first order, you could keep dress free, and we could help you issue full refund ,but you need deleted the bad reviews, then we could help you apply it from our boss. Secondly, for your second dress, We are sorry for that, you know the shipping fee is charged by express company, not us,and we also need to pay for material fee,workers salary and amazon charged etc, we actually no earned your money, but because you are a valued customer and your business is very important to us. we still could tried our best to apply 42% refund of dress for you. You could not return the dress. You could also resell it to get a good income. We sincerely hope you could consider again. We are sorry for your inconvenience. Thank you for your time and patience. Any question pls contact us freely. And this was my response to them: I assume that you noticed that I posted another review of my experience with your company and wrote exact quotes from you emails. I assume this since you have managed to delete those emails. But as they say screenshots last forever so I do have screenshots and copies of the emails you deleted in my photos and in my notes. I repeat what I said before. I require a full refund, including my express shipping fees I paid, for both dresses. When I see the refunds posted I will remove the reviews. Until then I will continue to post reviews of your responses to me including, but not limited to, the latest email you sent offering to refund the full payment for the first dress, a partial payment (42%) for the second dress but no refund for the express shipping which, by the way, I paid to you not a shipping company. Also no need to delete your latest email. Of course I have saved a screen shot and a copy of it. And one final note. You list an Amazon charge you incur. I did not purchase the dresses through Amazon. I purchased directly from your website. If I had purchased through Amazon I am quite sure I would not be having this issue with the refund.

I bought a dress costing a total of £114 including shipping fee, I wanted to return it has it didn't suit me it sent a email requesting a shipping label but they just sent an address so I sent it back to Hong Kong( but on the website it said uk) costing me a further £23.50p only for it to be returned to myself they have given me the wrong address so I'm now stuck with a dress I won't wear and no refund they only offered a partial refund in the first place I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering off this site if you need to return anything absolutely disgraceful customer service and the refund policy is shocking

I ordered a dress for a wedding. It was so mid-sized. I could not zip it past my waist. I’m a size 10. The dress I ordered was a 10, except there is no size tag, no identifying tags at all sewn into this dress. I messaged customer service, they encouraged me to KEEP the dress even though I can’t wear it. They also said the sizing could not be the issue. It is. It is without a doubt a size 2 or 4. Option was a 25% restock fee, plus international shipping to Hong Kong, and the refund amount will only be 35% of the price I paid. That math leaves me with nothing. Ridiculous business tactics. Buyer BEWARE!
