MondressyReviews of mondressy.com

The dress was too small and very bulky for my mom. The return policy is ridiculous!! $100/to ship to Hong Kong!! Had no idea they were in Hong Kong and they charge a 20 percent restocking fee!! So basically I would get 20$ back. Do not order from Mondressy!! We did reach out to you and basically she was told that she would have to pay to ship it back and when she took it to be shipped they told her it would be $100! Customers need to know this before purchasing from Mondressy!

I ordered a mother of the bride dress from MONDRESSY and received the wrong dress and even worse the wrong color. The dress I received was horrible. I have pictures of the dress I ordered and the monster dress that was shipped. To send it back will cost ME more than the dress I originally ordered. I'm stuck with a ugly dress and I'm out of $189 plus tax. I'll NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The dress sent was not as advertised. I paid expedited 3-6 day shipping and they shipped 15 days later. They are criminals in Hong Kong don’t buy from them!!

I received two dresses both in different sizes the quality was rubbish not as expected. Colour was a dirty blue when it was supposed to be light blue.please be aware you have a lot of difficulty sending them back and it costs you more in the end. They also don’t use photo’s of actual customers on the reviews of there dresses they take them off Vinted etc . I looked on there to see what was for sale and the same dress and lady was in their photographs.but her dress was a designer dress. Please don’t get caught out like I did. Avoid with caution

Ordered 2 dresses for my son's fall Wedding. One was too big and other too small. They were same size. Tried to return they charged hefty restocking fee and then I went to UPS to return and charge was over $300.00!!!! Needless to say I would never buy from this company or recommend to anyone. I am out a ton of money. I need to make sure I order from within US.

“Dear customer, we did make the dress as your order size 16.“ Don’t buy from this site. This is their first part of their email. Also rushed shipping still took a long time. Was just doing a return.

If I could give a 0 I would worst return experience still trying . The dress was not true to size it was way too big . Their response was they put it on a mannequin and it fit therefore quality inspection said it was good and on top of that the dress looks nothing like what I ordered. Wish I could post a side by side picture

The dress wasn't the one I ordered, a knee length trimmed in silver sequins. The one I received was floor length trimmed in beads. It was way too small and I always wear a size 12. Now they are making me jump through hoops to return it. It is a nearly $200.00 order and I doubt I will receive a refund or a mere token of the purchase price. Total rip off company that won't stand by their products.
