I'm excited to have the ORBI Day Trading and Swing Trader Pro programs loaded onto my trading system! I like how Eric has distilled complex and intricate market data into a simple, visually appealing and easy to use platform. The "Very Healthy," "Healthy" and "Very Unhealthy," Unhealthy" etc rating system for swing trade candidates saves so much work, as does the trend-at-a-glance indicator for day trade candidates. It's so much easier to check market internals by glancing at his 5 summary tabs rather than several separate screens. I have no doubt that with the investment of reasonable time and effort the Momentum Options program will be a money maker for years to come. Eric's market acumen is exceeded only by his integrity and genuine desire to see his students succeed!

Before falling for sale, there are several red flags that should alert anyone thinking rationally (not emotionally):
Focus on Win Rate Over P&L or ROI: A high Win Rate may sound appealing to inexperienced traders—after all, who doesn’t want to win? However, in trading, the number of wins is not what determines profitability. If you take 10 trades, win $1 on 8 of them, but lose $50 on the other 2, your Win Rate is 80%, yet you've lost $12.50 for every $1 you won. When a service boasts about their Win Rate without discussing P&L or ROI, it’s a red flag. Move on.
Lack of Transparent Trade Logs: Any legitimate service should provide a detailed trade log going back at least two years, showing every trade they’ve taken. If they’re not eager to share this information, or ask you to sign up before you can see it, that’s a strong indicator something’s off. It's time to walk away.
No Free Trial or Nominal Trial Fee: A service that refuses to offer a free (or very low-cost) trial is essentially saying, "If you try our service, you'll realize it's not worth the money." Think about it—if the service truly delivers on its promises, why wouldn’t they let you test it first? Especially when the majority of such services (over 90%) turn out to be scams. Many apps, even those with subscription fees, offer trial periods. I've had stock services spend hours trying to sell me on their product but refused to offer a free trial. This is a major red flag and tells me everything I need to know about their service.

Win Rate vs. ROI:
While you raised concerns about our focus on win rate versus ROI, we actually provide both metrics in our SwingTrader Win Report. Since January 2020, our system has averaged over 2% gains across 419 trades with an 89% win rate. We trade options with a 0.40 delta on stocks averaging $300 per share, meaning a 2% stock move results in a $6 per share move—equating to about $240 in profit per contract. With options costing around $300-$400, that translates to an average 60% gain per trade.
In some cases, trades have returned 300%, 1000%, or more, especially for traders holding positions until the final target. For larger accounts, traders can benefit from scaling out of positions in increments (e.g., 10, 5, 3, 2, 1 contracts), progressively locking in profits as targets are hit.
Impact on Smaller Accounts:
Results vary depending on account size. For example, with a $5,000 account and our recommended 5% risk rule, you may trade 1 contract per trade ($250). In this case, you’d lock in profits at the first target rather than progressively scaling out. Even with conservative 20% returns at the first target:
89 wins at $250 * 20% = $4,450 gained
11 losses at 100% = $2,750 lost
While 100% losses are uncommon due to system stops, even assuming the worst case, the trader would still see a $1,700 profit—representing 34% account growth. This shows that even smaller accounts can achieve meaningful returns.
Trade Management and Profit Targets:
We teach traders to lock in profits as targets are hit. Once a target is reached, traders following our rules capture their gains. Our win report illustrates the likelihood of trades reaching targets, ensuring consistency for traders who follow the system.
Transparency and Trade Logs:
Our SwingTrader Win Report includes full transparency on both win rates and ROI. This report, which was shared during your call, covers over 400 trades and provides a clear breakdown of performance over time. We’re fully committed to transparency in our performance data.
Money-Back Guarantee and Free Trial:
Regarding the absence of a free trial, we do offer a money-back guarantee specifically for our Swing Trader system. To qualify, users must follow our recommendations, including trading the suggested stocks, entering trades according to the rules, and locking in profits at targets. I joined Momentum Options in Janruary and couldn’t be more pleased. This is the service that taught me how to be disciplined and let the winning trades come to me. If you can learn to understand not everyday is necessarily a trading day and only trade when stocks are in the right conditions, you can do this. Eric teaches you how to take profit and keep winners from turning into losers, the thing I used to be the worst at.
