Good luck getting the order you wanted. I places a very simple order and has been over a month and I still havent gotten the order. First it was "shipped" but it never arrived. When I contacted them about the issue, oh and there is customer service number you have to email them and wait for them to get back with you at some point. The customer service rep said he would reship the order if the post office couldnt find the shipped package. Well fast forward a couple weeks and still no order, after contracting them again it seems they had an error in processing and it wasnt even corrected then. Do not order from this company.

I bought 3 of these tattoos. They are no better than the quarter machine ones. For $8, the moment I put the tattoo on it tore in the corner. Then after I put on the proprietary liquid. it still looked fake. It wrinkled. Yes they say don't move at all for best results unfortunately my shoulder moves. I would not waste my money. the catch is they say up to 2 weeks like a Henna tattoo which I could never get them to last 2 weeks. At best I got 2 days for this proprietary technology. The only proprietary thing they have is that they scam you with the BS liquid you apply that DOES NOT go a long way. You need a lot more than advertised to cover the tattoo. Oh one more thing I like how they use the wrist area to show how the tattoo goes on smoothly. Its the part of the body that does not crease at all and for the most part is smooth and very little skin dimensions. Again a big SCAM. Save your money please.

Don't buy this product it sucks!! There are no warnings and support says "with any BS product like ours there's a chance of mild dermatitis where a red ring forms around the tattoo and becomes itchy then fades over a few days" - WRONG!! I've has this red outline of my temp tattoo for about two weeks now and it's still itchy and has NOT gotten better at all...? Wish someone told me before because not it looks like I got branded and it looks horrible. Additionally, the support agent tried to downplay this and my skin is not sensitive. I've used other products like this without any type of red rash or irritation. Have you ever regretted getting a temporary tattoo?!!

I had ordered a custom tattoo from Momentary Ink. Their site said that it ships the next business day. I ordered it Friday, and by Monday it still hadn’t shipped. I emailed them and was told since it was a custom order then it would take a little bit longer, which is understandable. I got the tattoo and followed the instructions to a T. However, when the paper slid off on its own, one of the letters came out funky. Then when I applied the Real Teal, it put a hole in the tattoo! I got in touch with them again and they sent out a free version of the one I had ordered. In that exchange I was told that I’d receive another email with the new tracking link. Nearly a week goes by and I still don’t have an email. I contact them again and then receive the link. Tattoo comes out perfectly this time. It looks great. But then by the time the following day is over, the sticky film around it is turning black. I work retail and I tried to avoid coming in contact with my tattoo, but it doesn’t always work so needless to say, I won’t be using them again. They’ve got strong customer service and generally had prompt replies that were kind, but the product sucks. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering.

Delivery was horrible! It said it would take 2-4 business days and it took over 13 business days! When the tattoo was put on it left a clear film over the area and did NOT look real at all. The Real Teal that was provided was a dark green color and did not look like the images online. Took the tattoo off 3 hours after applying.

Says that they ship "NEXT BUSINESS DAY" - I've been waiting for 15 days! Nothing... Cancelled my order and requested a refund.

Super disappointed with this company. Their tattoos are beautiful. I wont take that away from them. However, its the second time i've ordered from them and the first time, i only received half of my order. This time, i haven't received any of it. They suck when it comes to the delivery portion. Last time they said it was something i had to talk to USPS about and this time, they aren't even responding to my emails and i can't find a phone number anywhere!!! They don't own up and fix the problem. Beyond frustrating!!!!

Momentary Ink is a winner! The website allows you to upload custom designs. It was a quick and easy process. I am contemplating getting a permanent tattoo, and Momentary Ink provides the opportunity to find the right size, style, and placement of your tattoo. I was very satisfied with my first purchase. The tattoo was simple to apply, and lasted almost a week, with regular showers. Of course, the tattoo does begin to fall apart with time, but that is expected from a temporary tattoo. The price was reasonable, and the shipping was quick. I can't wait for my latest order to come in! I recently received a follow up email regarding my first order. It was a thank you letter expressing that they are always ready to answer questions, or help in any way. It felt very personal. Great customer service!
