Very great customer service 👍 got an email immediately after I placed the order saying if I needed anything to let them know. Not many places do that! I'll be a returning customer for sure! Jesi

Best Creation Ever Highly Appreciate The Work Ethnic and Creative

So I got the assortment pack, that was like the 10 of the best... I invested in these because where I have always wanted to get a tattoo I've always been hesitant in doing so because of the commitment, not to mention I'm picky if it going to be on my body I want it to be impeccable. And I'm not sure if I will love it for life which is a requirement for a tattoo. This I thought was a nice alternative, and the price was right and the artistry was outstanding.

Fantastic service! I received my package on time and with everything they said was included. The process of putting it on was quick and simple. The matte liquid does a fairly decent job if you cut off all the white you can although this was hard to do with a line art design! Looks pretty real if I'm not in direct light. Still has a faint outline like a regular temporary tattoo. This is a good idea to test run a tattoo and I will definitely be getting this one inked for real. UPDATE: after I got up the next day the tattoo seemed to have set or fully dried, etc. All the shine and outline is almost gone. It looks so much better now!

This company has been the absolute BEST customer service I think I’ve ever received. I had an issue with one of the temporary tattoos I ordered, and they got it all squared away with me at no additional cost, which is incredible. I sent their customer service an email and included the image of the tattoo I received, and they got back to me within 2 hours. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful and got the issue fixed right away. I would recommend this company to any of my friends looking to try a tattoo to see if you’d even like one or testing an idea you’re really thinking of tattooing (which is what I do) it’s an awesome way to test something out before you commit. Thank you to momentary ink for having such incredible products and even better customer service. You rock!

and you’re not sure about placement, size , design, etc, then you have to start here! I designed my own and it turned out amazing. Customer service is fabulous too. Highly recommend!

It was a bit bumpy at the start. The ordering process online was easy and fast, sadly, my order wasn't processed properly and caused my order to be delayed. After corresponding with Stephen he was able to get my tattoo sent to me. There was another issue once I received it. They didn't follow my instructions and sent me something that was not what I wanted. I again spoke to Stephen and he made sure to take care of it and create exactly what I ordered. Once I received it I was beaming with joy. It not only was the vision I saw in mind but it was above what I thought would be possible. I LOVE IT!
