I ordered a customized tattoo & was very excited about it! When I got it in the mail, it was perfect and everything I wanted. When I went to apply it, I made a mistake and it couldn’t be fixed. I had gotten a follow up email asking how the product was, and I simply told them what had happened & they SENT ME ANOTHER ONE! How cool is that, I never expected that. Before I tell my story, just want to let people know their customer service is the BEST I have ever experienced. Ordered 2 tattoos and was informed that my design might be a little complicated with the white color in it. They gave me an option to kind of switch it around or they could just do it and just have me know it would't be the best. They BOTH turned out GREAT! would recommend to anyone whether they have a lot of tattoos and want to see something or if you have 0 tattoos but want one for fun and not permanent.

I have ordered from Momentary Ink twice - one custom order and one regular order. Both orders arrived very promptly. The custom order was exactly as I submitted it! The tattoos last a very long time. Very happy with the customer service.
