I really appreciate the quickness of my shipping, the promptness of the team responding to my inquiries through email, and the overall patience and professionalism and politeness of the staff. Not sure how many orders and emails they get a day, but I was skeptical about ordering due to my experience with another company and they made sure my experience was great and that I got the product I wanted. Unfortunately, I don't like the design on me as well as I thought I would. Getting the temp tat allowed me to see what all I want to tweak with my design when I go get my real tattoo, so overall I feel that the purchase was worth it and the staff was great.

Super disappointed with the semi permanent tattoos. I followed all the directions completely and mine and my husband's barely showed up at all. When I looked at the return policy, it said we could only return within 14 days because the product has a shelf life. If you're supposed to apply within 14 days, the package should say so, and if the product has a shelf life, it should be stamped with an expiration date. So frustrated.
