Don't order from them! They won't accept returns even when the product is not what was seen on the website.... or if they do return them you have to pay for the shipping. Even after I asked to return, they wouldn't give me a address to return the items to. Also, no returns for sizing. Who doesn't take returns!

Purchased 3 shirts. One was not as pictured. They tried to have me pick something else rather than allowing return. Then I was told I could return it using my own postage to China even though it was their mistake or I could keep it for a 20% refund. The other two are very poor quality for the price paid. I could understand if it was actual China pricing, but this pricing is what I could pay in the US for a better quality shirt of this design. Made the mistake of using Paypal so can't file a dispute with my credit card. Sizing was smaller than described on one of the shirts. Make sure to read the charts as they vary by style. On a positive note, customer service responded within a day to my concerns and shipping time was as stated.

This is the most horrible company ever bought sherpas for grand daughters for Christmas it took them 7 weeks to ship.absolutely no customer service whatsoever they charged credit card and never ever answered emails. Items arrived after Christmas and would not have fit a 5yr old and my girls are 18. I tried sending back cost was 50dollars since company really in China. In addition they charged 40 dollars to ship a package with 5 dollar postage. Absolutely no help from PayPal either all reviews are not truthful. Items are pure crap

Do not do business with Moly Pretty (molypretty.com). They falsely advertise and sell cheaply made products. I ordered two items from them. One arrived with poorly finished seams and was not cozy like they advertise. The other arrived one size too small and was also uncomfortable. They use cheap construction and poor quality control. The two tops were decently comfortable on the outside, but the inside material was cheap polyester and uncomfortable to wear. Buyer beware. The MP return policy basically states that they don't give refunds unless you get the wrong item (no refund even if wrong size or defective). Also, if they send the wrong item, you still have to pay the return shipping cost. Last, DO NOT pay for expedited shipping. I did and they took 10 business days (two weeks) just to ship it out. It took 16 days to arrive with "expedited" shipping! Once I realized they were not going to ship the product in time to arrive within the 10 business days, I contacted them to cancel the order. They would not cancel the order even though it had not shipped yet. Again, I recommend not doing business with Moly Pretty.

Do not order from this company it is a complete scam! You will have no way to return the items that you have purchased or if you do find a way to return them you will have to ship your items back to China and pay out rages fees probably more than what you paid for the crappy Halloween looking clothes they sent to you. Clothing is extremely cheap that I ordered I wish you could add pictures on here they are hideous ! You need to read the entire website all of their policies before ordering from them their website is very miss leading it may have one picture of the crappy clothes that they send you with 10 other pictures are of higher end quality clothes which leads the customer to believe that they are getting the higher end clothing. I have wasted $137 on this scam of a company. If you want cheap looking plastic type materials then this might be the company for you but if you don’t I would definitely not order from them. Very Poor quality when I received the Sherpa pull over it was already coming apart from the lining on the inside. Ordered two pairs of cotton jogger sweatpants and they look like what you would get in a Halloween costume that cheap polyester I can’t even explain the material. The camo sweatshirt pullover is completely see-through when it is supposed to be cotton it is shown on the website as a cotton sweatshirt- it’s cheap polyester material I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from this company but everyone needs to keep in mind you get what you pay for this is a total scam

Purchased a sherpa sweater which turned out to be a cheap imitation of the picture posted on their website. I paid $32 plus 9.99 for expedited shipping. They did not ship the item for 5 business days and I received it 9 days after I ordered it. I found the same sweater with the actual picture on WISH for $4.70 plus $1.00 shipping. So that's a pretty nice profit for them on a crappy sweater. I complained and they are willing to refund me 10% and give me a 20% coupon or I can return it to China (about $40 to return) even though it was shipped from Ohio. I've filed a claim with Paypal. This place is awful.......stay away!!

Haven’t received my product 9 days later. It hasn’t even shipped although a label was created for it 4 days ago! Thanks for ruining my holiday party outfit!

This is absolutely the worst site I have ever ordered from. Ordered in Nov and never even got a confirmation just the order 1 day before Christmas.Bought Sherpas that wouldn't fit a child for 2 adult girls, Real Crap. Can't return since theey don't do returns. Also CHARGED ME 19.00 TO SHIP A 15 OZ PCKG. that would cost about 5 bucks.Shoved them into plastic bags and sent them together. I am going to turn them into BBB but I am sure that don't care.Run as far away from this company as you can do Not Buy Anything from them I do not know who could have possibly posted any good reviews for them
