I have only slept on it twice but so far I like it. Not as plush as I hoped but we will see.

Had new mattress just over a week now. It arrived in torn box but wasn’t damaged inside. Specifically asked for it to be delivered outside my front door (upstairs) as elderly. Did NOT happen. It was at the bottom of the stairs inside main entry door for all apartments. Also never got an alert when delivered. As for sleep, too early to give a proper review. It is firmer than expected but that is better than too soft. Also not as cooling as it says which was one of the main reasons for purchase. Update -month later. Mattress is good in all other respect.

This item was well packaged and the item is good quality. The shipping tracking process was a little lacking as we were not notified when it would arrive until after it showed up.

It took a long time to receive the mattress. The mattress is as advertised. It's firm (not in a bad way) and comfortable. I thought that it would be hard to sleep on it because it is a 3 section matress but that wasn't the case. I had a really good sleep.

Product quality for affordable prices is definitely incredible with this company.

I ordered the small twin mattress as an offering to a friend who is flying out to be my caretaker during post operative recovery. Since I live in a small apartment, the floor is the only accommodation for guests, and that seems less than gracious. 🥺 The 3” depth was the only size available, so I took a chance on it since I’m pressed for time. And, thankfully, it was a wise choice. Given the quality of the memory foam, the mattress is very supportive and comfortable. And the narrow width (25”) provides enough space for an adult…for reference, my friend and I are 5’7” tall; 120ish lbs; not prone to much turning or twisting during the night. Given these variables, I was able to buy small and store the folded mattress on a shelf in my closet, which delights because all space is at a premium in my life. The one improvement I’d like to see is a fabric handle sewn onto one of the 25” ends and another sewn onto a 25” folded interior/center end. This would create a pocketbook-style transport once the mattress is folded, thus making carrying and lifting much easier. Given the density of the foam, the three-fold mattress formation can be awkward to transport, lift and retrieve from its resting position on a shelf. Otherwise, a terrific product. Delivery was rapid. Packaging was ingenious: just a simple unfurling to remove highly compressed mattress from plastic and begin its breathing process; 48 hours of recovery to restore full decompression; ready for a refreshing nap!

The first con, which is not directly on Molblly, is that UPS dumped the box outside of our apartment complex and the box was over 75 pounds and long. We managed to get it through the hallways and elevator. If we didn’t have an elevator, we would have broken backs. We allowed time for it to do its “thing” (expand) before attempting to use it but it’s been a couple days now and it hasn’t reached the full 12” which is disappointing—hoping maybe it is just taking more time than expected. I wrote a review too soon, but not sure it ever even posted. If I could give this mattress zero stars I would. My partner and I didn’t want something super firm and thought this was a good choice. So wrong. Now stuck with a mattress we can’t return because there’s no way to get it into a box, etc. It SAGS so BAD. There is zero support anywhere and it feels like a terrible waterbed. My neck hurts in both sides and now my back is starting to hurt. My partner is experiencing similar issues. We aren’t wealthy and we’re hoping for a fairly reasonably priced mattress that would help us get some better sleep. We have gotten rid of our old memory foam mattress yet and have “joked” we would rather just use that again. I truly don’t know what to do. I just want to go to a local store and spend a little more on an actual mattress that doesn’t sag. It also never inflated to the full 12” despite us doing everything right.
