Terrible mattress super hard. Contacted the company about their guarantee and no one will get back to me. Pass on them. I thought it would be good too based on ratings, it's not. Don't get stuck like me!

The mattressess are really hard and not comfortable at all

There isn't a customer service number and the mattress have is way too firm than what is advertised. I've freeways out several times for a refund process and keep getting the run around.

this is junk. first you will not get the depth of mattress as advertised. it is merely 9". it is uncomfortable, and caves in, making it very hard for your body to stay straight. waste of money, when you reach out, will never get responce.

I haven’t received my order after more than a week, I didn’t get any info update on it, I have no idea where my order is! I contacted the customer service by email and phone calls and got no reply!

Worst company to buy a bed from They advertise that there is a 100 day trial but when ask them for a refund & the info to send bed back they don’t want to. Offering $30 for the inconvenience, don’t waste your money here!

I got a bed different than what I ordered and the customer service might literally be the worst I’ve ever experienced. They only respond while I’m sleeping so I can only message them once a day, and they’ve refused to accept that they made a mistake and sent me the wrong bed even though I provided 2 pictures of the bed height. Usually when a company makes a mistake they try to fix it but they just deny any wrong doing. They’re saying I can ship the bed back to their warehouse but that’s going to cost me almost the price of another bed probably so it’s pointless. If I wanted a 12 inch firm mattress, then I would have had a good experience but the problem is, I would have never ordered a firm. Even if I got a 12 inch regular I would have been fine but this was the worst mistake possible. I have a hard time sleeping on this. I’ve never had to leave a review this bad on any other product or service in my life. I’m still trying to fix this issue.

Orderedmattress and never got confirmation of order. So I bought mattress from store. Took forever to get return label, I returned mattress and have yet to receive refund! On top of that they sent my personal information to another customer trying to return a mattress, and this customer called me! Where is my refund? Order#70089349451126/Invoice#0873568467795 It has been months with no response! Horrible customer service.
